Abstract

Football is a sport that involves running as the foremost part in which the lower limb plays a vital role in participation. Abstract

Volleyball players’ lower extremity strength, power, and flexibility are more significant, and hamstrings, in particular, affect their performance. Concentric hamstring performance-enhancing methods are the most common. They may reduce hamstring flexibility and raise the risk of strain. In this study, we focused on enhancing hamstring muscle performance in volleyball players using particular hamstring eccentric training regimens that increase lower extremity performance.

Abstract

The advancement in science and technology has led to the discovery and formulations of various cheaper alternatives to our day to day commodities. Plastic is one of them. Plasticisers include a group of chemicals that increase the flexibility of plastics so that they can be moulded into the forms of our use. The plasticisers have led to a number of health hazards when they leach out into the environment. This review is going to be a comparative discussion, on the effects of different plasticisers on human health, and the main focus on plasticiser-induced reproductive toxicity. This study revealed that there are anomalies in the male reproductive system like cryptorchidism, hypospadias acrosomal dysgenesis, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Abstract

Early career researchers (ECRs) lack a long track record of independent funding or publications, and they typically walk a delicate line between presenting novel, cutting-edge work and being too ambitious. Despite their strong passion and commitment, ECRs fail to personalise as independent researchers due to a variety of factors such as a lack of expertise as mentors at the host institute, a low probability of being trained in cutting-edge laboratories, hidden assessment measures used in awarding research grants, and insufficient or no funding aids from funding resources. Regardless of the enormous hurdles that ECRs encounter, outstanding research should be sustained until the work is acknowledged.
